The current market is not really good for LLLL.com domains apart from the “pronounceables” and “brandables” that is. Pronounceable and easily brandable 4 letter domains are a sure sale any day.
Sometime towards the end of last year, people rushed to pick up the last of theLLLL.com or 4 letter domains, this caused an increase in their value and earlier in the year the minimum a 4 letter domain sold for was $30, and those were the totally meaningless ones like ovpq.com, pkjz.com etc but now they are selling as low as $15.
New domain investors need to understand that, that is the way of the market, there will always be upward and downward trends, same thing happens in the real estate and stock market. Presently now is a perfect time to buy 4 letter domain names as you can get them relatively for cheap. This same trend, drop in value, happened to LLL.com or 3 letter domains 2 years ago but now the minimum they go for is $6000, the right kind could go for as much as $xx, xxx or $xxx, xxx.
So my advice, get good brandable and pronounceable LLLL.com domains now and keep them by this time next year their value would have risen pretty well. If you can’t afford the good pronounceables, go very average ones that have at least 2 premium letters and a vowel.
Premium Letters- abcdefghilmnoprst
Semi Premium Letters- jkuy
Non Premium Letters- qvwxz
LLLL.com domains are good investments, invest smartly. Just my 2 cents!!!
As it turns out nobody was able to figure out the riddles.
Will post a new one by tomorrow.
Here Is The Solution:
1. Wednesday
It is Wednesday. If it was any other day of the week, more than one statement would be true. To solve the riddle, evaluate each person’s statement and write down what day it could be according to the statement. Dan’s statement indicates it could be any day of the week except for Wednesday. When you list the days that it could be according to everyone’s statement, it turns out Wednesday is the day mentioned only one time.
Kelly: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday
John: Monday
Jane: Saturday
Moe: Thursday
Andy: Saturday
Sue: Friday
Dan: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday

OK here is the next Solve And Win contest; This is the 3rd one this month, so it’s the contest of the month
So you get to answer 2 questions and win a free domain of your choice [.com .net .org .biz .us .info] to be registered with moniker.com
1. Figure out what day it is…
Out in the woods for so long, a couple of friends lose track of time…
Kelly: Anybody figured out what today is yet? Sure it is not Thur, Fri or Sat John: come on, that is simple, yesterday was Sunday. Jane: You are out of your mind! I’m Methodist, church should be tomorrow Moe: what are you guys talking about I’m sure Saturday is the day after tomorrow Andy: Whatever! I know Thursday was just the day before yesterday Sue: Come on guys, can’t you be certain of anything, tomorrow is Saturday Dan: Well I may not be sure of anything but I can swear by my mother’s grave, tomorrow is definitely not Friday
The question is this, considering their statements, if only one of them is right; what day is it?
2. Figure this out …
I am a form of extreme temperature, but if you rearrange me you get a word that is related to civilization.
What am I and what’s the word related to civilization?
CLUES: - I end with “t” - The word related to civilization ends in “s” - Both are 6 letter words - “e” is one of the 6 letters

Making Money With GEO Domains
One particular part of domain investment that seem to always be on the rise is Geo domains.
Geo stands for geographic. Geo domains are location domains- countries, states, cities, towns etc.
2 factors help sell Geo domains, The Popularity of the geographic location- place and The Population. Geo domains sell because they are perfect for development as tourist guide domains, directories and are advertising gems, since they are natural traffic pullers.
So keep your eyes out for geo domains, pick up drops if you come across them, cheap deals if someone is desperate, just get them, keep them for a while, if you can develop wonderful, if you can’t hold on to it for a while, you will most definitely turn a nice profit as there are always people out there looking for geo domains.
In the top 10 reported sales last week [August 4 – 10], geo domain owners had a swell time
Daytona.com – sold through Moniker.com for $151,395. The official city name is Daytona Beach of course, but most people simply refer to the popular Florida vacation destination as Daytona. It’s a top notch resort and most definitely a great buy. No 2 on the top 10 list
TarponSprings.com sold by RickLatona.com for $60,000. The population of the Tampa Bay area town is just over 20,000 [which under normal circumstances would have made it cheap] but it is a charming Gulf Coast resort town (famous for its Greek sponge divers) that draws visitors from around the world. So popularity outweighs popularity hence its attracting 60,000 dols. No 3 on the top 10 list
Staffordshire.com sold for £12,000 ($22,800) at Sedo.com Staffordshire is a county in England’s West Midlands region. No 10 on the top 10 list
Get the picture, geo domains are really the way to go this season and in my opinion always.
Hope this was useful for someone; let me know if you have any questions, that’s what I’m here for [laughs]

Domain appraisals are very important if you want to get a good deal on your domains. So many people have lost rare gems to smart investors just because they do not realize the value of their domains. Appraising a domain value is not an exact science but if there is a domain appraisal site that has gotten it down to very near perfection, it is MidFlux.
Cheapest Appraisal
midFlux offers the cheapest domain appraisals on the internet without sacrificing quality or accuracy. midFlux offers premium and standard domain appraisals starting at only $3.95 and delivery within 12 hours or less.
While most domain appraisers offer their professional services for $20 and above, midFlux offers domain appraisal starting from as little as $3.95. Standard Appraisal- $3.95 Premium Appraisal- $9.95
But how can you be sure you get a good estimate of what your domain is worth?
midFlux are detailed in their appraisal, putting into consideration all necessary factors like-
· Top Level Domain · Number Of Characters remember. · Search Engine Popularity · Market Demand · Language Terms · Traffic Rankings · Registration Length · Name Popularity · Other Basic Factors
You can be sure you are getting good value for your money. What I really love about them is that not only do they tell you what your domain is worth; they let you know why it is worth that so you can understand the domain market better and make better future investments.
Want to give them a try? Go to http://midflux.com.
