Heard this gist yet? Frank Schilling, one of the most popular names in the domain industry lost his domain chillibeans.com to an eyewear firm in Brazil who has a trademark on Chilli Beans. There have been different opinions on this decision, since most people believe CHILLI BEANS is a generic term. Turns out the actual spelling of the generic term is CHILI with one L. But isn’t CHILI spelt CHILLI in certain laces in the world, like DOLLAR is DOLAR in certain parts? Is this decision a right one or a wrong one?. What’s Your Opinion?
